Pork baked in mustard

To prepare this dish take 1.5 kg of pork, 2 onions, 2 carrots, 2-3 tablespoons of mustard, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 clove buds, salt.

Peppers wash, peel and cut them neat with a diamond, and then pour over them the boiling water. Combine peas with chopped peppers and cold meats.

Then cooled to room temperature chicken broth filter through a dense cloth and pour again into the pan. Bring to the boil, if necessary, add a little salt, season with pepper and coriander. Add in the gelatin broth, stir again, then pass through a sieve.

Spread the mixture of meat and vegetables in molds for aspic, pour chicken broth and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, extracted from the molds aspic on a dish, you can garnish with greens.
